In the county, (Waterflow, Flora Vista, Hogback) it is totally legal to set off firecrackers, mortars, artillery shells, and bottle rockets. In the City of Farmington, it is illegal to light aerial fireworks. This includes bottle rockets, artillery shells, and mortars. In order to avoid noise complaints, it is also illegal to light firecrackers.

 

But don't worry! You can still get sparklers, smoke bombs, fountains (yes-- even the really big ones!), spinners, and novelty fireworks at our tent located at the Animas Valley Mall. With our help, you can make an amazing show to celebrate any occasion!
